Daryl's passion for the great outdoors is matched only by his dedication to client care. He believes in treating every client like family, ensuring your comfort from the moment you step into Mighty Molar.

Haley Grohn

Dental Hygienist

With nearly five years of experience, Haley brings both skill and compassion to every appointment. She was first inspired by the care she received from her own hygienist growing up, and now she’s passionate about providing focused preventative hygiene care that helps people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

When she’s not at Mighty Molar, you’ll find her snowboarding at Sun Peaks in the winter or swimming in local lakes during the summer. Haley’s love for the outdoors is matched by her dedication to client care—making oral health approachable, accessible, and maybe even a little fun along the way.

Caralee

Dental Hygienist

Caralee has been transforming smiles since 2013, when she graduated from Vancouver Island University and launched her dental hygiene career. A proud Kamloops local, she returned home in 2020 — and we’ve loved her bright, calming presence ever since. Her expertise and genuine care make every visit feel relaxed, comfortable, and totally judgment-free.



Outside the clinic, you’ll find Caralee paddleboarding with her family or unwinding in a yoga class. Her goal is simple: to deliver exceptional care that helps you feel confident, supported, and excited about your oral health. With Caralee, you’ll leave feeling lighter, cared for, and yes — smiling.

Natalie Ego

Dental Hygienist

Natalie has called Kamloops home for over 30 years and has spent her career helping people feel good about their smiles — fun fact: she’s cleaned more than one million teeth. She got into dental hygiene because she loves connecting with people and has a real gift for helping anxious patients feel calm and comfortable.



A mom of two, Natalie brings a warm, steady presence to every appointment. Outside the clinic, she dreams of fitting in more Latin dance, yoga, and piano. In the meantime, she’s committed to making sure each visit feels relaxed, supportive, and leaves you feeling confident in your smile.
